On the recommendation of a neighbor, we contacted Tanya and Laura of Avenue Stone about listing our house. He told us that they are realtors who really work for their commission. They certainly did not disappoint!

Within two days of signing an agreement with them, we had a staging consultant giving us recommendations. Fast forward about four weeks of preparing the house to show, working with contractors to spruce up the yard, getting professional photography and videography, reviewing comparable transactions, and publishing to the web, our listing went live just prior to a weekend open house. Within 48 hours of that, we had four offers in hand, at or above the listing price.

Laura Curry went above and beyond for us in our house hunt in Spokane! She was incredibly helpful as we narrowed down the neighborhoods that we preferred, made multiple offers and updated them as necessary, and then guided us through the harrowing experience of multiple inspections and an ever-adapting escrow process on the older home that we ended up buying! She represented us at all of the inspections, as we are moving across the state and we couldn’t make the drive for most of those appointments. We always knew that she had our best interests in mind, and made sure we knew exactly what we were getting into! We are so excited for our move, and to make Spokane our home, and we have Laura to thank for securing this home in our dream location!!

I couldn’t speak more highly of Laura as our agent. In 2020 she helped us buy our first home and was so supportive in the process.
